Job Title: Maintenance Manager (Craven Arms, Shropshire) Reporting to: Head Of Centre Manager to: Maintenance Team The Role: The Maintenance Manager has the responsibility for all aspects of onsite property repairs, renovations and estate groundskeeping at our stunning Activity Centre in Shropshire, near Craven Arms.
As a Maintenance Staff you will be responsible for:
What are the Responsibilities and Duties? These include but are not limited to the following: · Performing preventative maintenance, general repairs, renovations and groundskeeping. · Staff Management – manage the small team of four maintenance personnel, prioritising tasks and productivity.
What experience or qualifications do you need:
What Essential Skills and Knowledge do you need? · Knowledge of maintenance / property HSE requirements. · Broad experience in all aspects of building/maintenance. · Full driving licence. · Excellent people manager and the ability to create positive supportive relationships with other departments.
