Working as a Freelance Activity Instructors for Manor Adventure
Manor Adventure is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Freelance Activity Instructors to join our teams across our UK centres. If you're passionate about the outdoors and thrive on delivering high-quality, engaging sessions for young people, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Freelance Activity Instructors you will be responsible for:
As a Freelance Activity Instructor, you will: Deliver safe, fun and engaging outdoor activity sessions Work with school and youth groups of varying ages Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism Adapt sessions to suit different abilities and needs Represent Manor Adventure with energy and positivity Activities may include climbing, archery, high ropes, water sports, bushcraft and team-building exercises (depending on centre and qualifications).
What experience or qualifications do you need:
Relevant NGB qualifications Experience working with children and young people A strong focus on safety and risk awareness Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and reliability Enhanced DBS
