Working as a Chef for Manor Adventure

Job Summary: As a Cook at Manor Adventure, you'll play a vital role in preparing hearty, nutritious meals for our guests and staff. You’ll be working as part of a supportive catering team in a structured kitchen environment, ensuring all meals are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with dietary requirements.
As a Chef you will be responsible for:
- Prepare and cook meals for large groups (including breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
- Follow menus and portion control guidelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen in accordance with food hygiene standards
- Support the Catering Manager in stock control and kitchen organisation
- Cater to specific dietary needs (vegetarian, allergies, etc.)
- Assist with washing up and kitchen cleaning as needed
What experience or qualifications do you need:
- Previous experience in a similar cook or kitchen assistant role (preferred)
- Able to work in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment
- Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum) – or willingness to obtain one
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings Full training will be provided.
