Working as a Activities Manager for Manor Adventure
We are now actively seeking an experienced Activities Manager for 2 our Centres at Culmington Manor, Shropshire and Norfolk Lakes. The ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor education and the aptitude and tenacity to develop a clear career path within an expanding company. Activities Managers are responsible for ensuring that the company provides an introduction to outdoor pursuits to all visitors within a safe environment.
As a Activities Manager you will be responsible for:
Activity Managers are responsible for ensuring that the day to day running of their centre from activity planning for Schools, scheduling work for their team of instructors and being point of call for visiting schools. They are also responsible to make sure the company provides an amazing introduction to outdoor pursuits to all our visitors within a safe environment, help develop instructors during training to be the very best they can be, and to deliver sessions with confidence to our visitors. Key activities the successful person will undertake include ensuring the efficient running of the Centre Operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety at all times and also developing the activity programme alongside the Centre Manager whilst taking responsibility for its implementation.
What experience or qualifications do you need:
- Previous management experience - Rifles (NSRA) - Archery (Archery GB) - Fencing (British Fencing) - CWI - BCAB coach award - ML or ML Training Desirable - First aid training
