Working as a Centre Manager for Manor Adventure

Manor Adventure are an industry leading residential outdoor activity provider. As a Centre Manager you will be responsible for:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be part of the Senior Management TeamKey Responsibilities: • Overall Centre Management: Take charge of the comprehensive management of our Lockerbie Centre. Oversee all operational aspects and ensure that our guests have a safe and memorable experience. • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate and manage a dedicated team of staff, including activity leaders, housekeeping and catering, to provide exceptional service to our guests. • Health and Safety: Maintain and enforce strict adherence to Health and Safety standards, making certain that our Centre operates in accordance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. • Guest Relations: Foster positive relations with our guests, educational institutions, youth groups, and other stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. • Financial Oversight: Manage the Centres budget and allocate resources effectively. • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and innovation, working together to enhance our programs and services.


What experience or qualifications do you need:

Qualifications: • Proven experience in a leadership role within the outdoor education, adventure or hospitality industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent organizational and financial management skills. • In-depth knowledge of Health and safety regulations and best practices. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with department heads to achieve operational excellence.
